I will be keeping track of all the orders through Etsy when the plates are listed. The flat graphics on the ECTO 1A plate are printed on clear vinyl, also just like the originals. The license plate number and ECTO 1 pinstripe border is made of an adhesive-backed die-cut material, just like the originals. There are cheap mass produced replicas of this plate available elsewhere, but these plates will have 100% accurate details from the original source. Their ordering process is a little more complicated/involved than with most other businesses, but I have an account with them and should have no issues with this order.

These plates would be made by the same company (EHP) that did the actual screen-used props for the movies in 19, and will have 100% accurate details. The next year, the New Ghostbusters used Ecto-1a for a little over three months while the Ghostbusters were imprisoned in the Collectors' Limbo. Kylie Griffin drove Ecto-1a to the Parkview Psychiatric Hospital for a consultation that turned into a confrontation with Idulnas and The Collectors. In November, on the night of the Day of the Dead, Ecto-1a's roof was slashed up by a projection of Santa Muerte. Ecto-1a was originally scripted as Ecto-2, and one reference to this remains in the movie.Winston was visibly angered by the attack and shot the projection, causing it to split into two.
